Shipping Policy

**Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. You may find more information at the USPS link here.

We process orders *within 1-2 business days* Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. 

All orders ship from Lindenhurst, NY USA.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. 
*Shipping is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied!

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

  • *Standard Shipping:

    • All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 

    • Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories.

    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.

  • **Expedited and Overnight Shipping:

    • Orders must be placed by 12PM EST to be shipped the same business day.

    • If order is placed after 12 PM EST, it will not ship until the next business day.

    • Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. 

    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.

    • Available to all 50 US States.

    • Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Standard Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Expedited Orders
Orders MUST be placed by 12PM EST to ship same business day. Orders placed AFTER 12PM EST will ship next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Graphic Tees, Custom Orders & Personalized Items
Standard Shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be ready to ship within 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If your order is successfully submitted before 10 AM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), then we will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! 

Special Orders

Special orders are those orders which have been made explicitly for the specific customer and include requested specifications such as: quantity, color, size, etc. These orders will need to be paid for in advance and can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to fulfill depending on the item specifics. Shipping costs may be billed in advance or at a later date which ever the order contract specifies.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may not upload as quickly as your package moves. Tracking information is updated solely by the carrier. Once packages leave our hands we can no longer be responsible for it. All lost or damage claims should be made with the appropriate carrier.

  • If your tracking number starts with 9400 or 9405, you can track the order here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and India. If you do not see your country, please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to ship to you.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Cranberry Drive gladly accepts returns of  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 21 days* of the purchase date.

OVERVIEW: 

  • All returns must be received *within 21 days* of the purchase date.

  • Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card. 

  • Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE or COLOR when available.

  • Items should be  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • FINAL SALE, Clearance, Seasonal, Personalized, Customized, or Special Order items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. See list below.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

FINAL SALE:

  • Sale Category or items discounted 30% or greater

  • BOGO,  Mystery Bags, Doorbusters, etc.

  • Face Masks

  • Gift Cards

  • Hats or Hair Accessories

  • Intimates, Tights or Hosiery

RETURNS

Cranberry Drive accepts Returns *within 21 days* of the purchase date. 

  • Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a cranberrydrive.com E-gift card.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 

  • We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.

  • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.  

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. 

  • PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE IN YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

  • At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.

  • Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! 

**If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

EXCHANGES

Cranberry Drive accepts Exchanges *within 21 days* of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE or COLOR where and when available.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.

  • If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as a cranberrydrive.com E-gift card. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

  • Fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are exchanging. 

  • PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE IN YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

  • At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.

  • Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your exchange. 

  • Once your exchange is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new size request to be processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. 

**If an E-gift card was processed instead of your exchange and you haven’t received it in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

RETURN POLICY FAQ's 

GIFT CARD / STORE CREDIT

If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 

  • E-gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.

  • If your order is more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. 

  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. 


ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER

We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact our customer service team immediately and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to waive the shipping fee on this additional order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.

Special Orders

Please contact us with your special order needs and we will be happy to help you! Special orders require a 50% down payment in order to place the order. The remainder of the payment will be due prior to shipment of your goods. Special orders are NOT refundable or exchangeable.  

 

Large Orders

Please contact us if you need a large quantity of a specific item so we can check available stock for fulfillment. We may also be able to offer a discounted price depending on your order quantity.
